Minimum Education: Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent recognised nursing qualification. Valid home-country nursing registration is required; DOH/HAAD eligibility will be preferred.

Years of Experience: 3 to 7 years of inpatient nursing, medical-surgical ward, ICU step-down, or acute hospital experience.

Salary Range: Minimum salary: AED 5,500 per month. Maximum salary: AED 8,500 per month, with benefits according to employer policy.

Detailed Job Description

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the core activities connected with the registered nurse – inpatient services position. The work requires a balance of technical ability, documentation discipline, communication, and follow-through. Key responsibilities will include:

• Deliver safe nursing care, monitor patient condition, administer medications, complete documentation, and support multidisciplinary care plans.
• Prepare patients for investigations and procedures, assist with discharge instructions, and provide family education within nursing scope.
• Maintain infection-control, medication-safety, fall-prevention, pressure-injury prevention, and handover standards.
• Coordinate with physicians, charge nurses, pharmacists, and allied health teams to ensure patient needs are handled promptly.

The position also requires regular coordination with managers, colleagues, vendors, customers, patients, site teams, or support functions depending on the nature of the assignment. The candidate will be expected to maintain records accurately, respond to issues in a timely manner, and escalate concerns before they create delays, service failures, safety concerns, or client dissatisfaction. The employer expects professional conduct, respect for confidentiality, punctual attendance, and a willingness to follow internal procedures even during periods of pressure or high workload.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is clinically alert, respectful with diverse patients, and familiar with structured hospital documentation. Gulf or international hospital experience will be an advantage.
