Client / Employer Type: One of our construction and infrastructure client.

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in civil engineering. UAE construction experience and municipality-related process awareness will be preferred.

Years of Experience: 4 to 8 years of site execution, civil construction, contractor coordination, finishing works, or infrastructure project experience.

Salary Range: Minimum salary: AED 8,000 per month. Maximum salary: AED 13,000 per month, depending on project type and UAE site experience.

Detailed Job Description

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the core activities connected with the civil site engineer position. The work requires a balance of technical ability, documentation discipline, communication, and follow-through. Key responsibilities will include:

• Supervise daily civil works, monitor manpower and subcontractor activity, review drawings, and ensure work progresses according to approved plans.
• Coordinate with consultants, project managers, safety officers, quantity surveyors, and procurement teams to resolve practical site issues.
• Check material availability, site measurements, quality observations, and work-completion records before reporting progress.
• Support inspection requests, snagging, handover preparation, and documentation required for project milestones.

The position also requires regular coordination with managers, colleagues, vendors, customers, patients, site teams, or support functions depending on the nature of the assignment. The candidate will be expected to maintain records accurately, respond to issues in a timely manner, and escalate concerns before they create delays, service failures, safety concerns, or client dissatisfaction. The employer expects professional conduct, respect for confidentiality, punctual attendance, and a willingness to follow internal procedures even during periods of pressure or high workload.
