Radiographer – CT and X-Ray | Doha, Qatar Full Time

Location: Doha, Qatar

Client / Employer Type: One of our advanced diagnostic imaging client.

Minimum Education: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in radiography, medical imaging technology, or equivalent qualification. Radiation-safety training is preferred.

Years of Experience: 3 to 6 years of CT, digital X-ray, patient positioning, imaging protocols, and radiology department experience.

Salary Range: Minimum salary: QAR 6,500 per month. Maximum salary: QAR 10,000 per month, depending on modality experience and licensing eligibility.

Detailed Job Description

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the core activities connected with the radiographer – ct and x-ray position. The work requires a balance of technical ability, documentation discipline, communication, and follow-through. Key responsibilities will include:

• Verify imaging requests, confirm patient identity, prepare patients, position correctly, and acquire diagnostic-quality images.
• Support CT and X-ray workflow, radiation-safety checks, patient instructions, contrast-readiness coordination, and emergency imaging support.
• Maintain equipment readiness, image transfer accuracy, scan records, technical logs, and room hygiene.
• Coordinate with radiologists, nurses, front-desk teams, and referring doctors to maintain patient flow and report quality.

The position also requires regular coordination with managers, colleagues, vendors, customers, patients, site teams, or support functions depending on the nature of the assignment. The candidate will be expected to maintain records accurately, respond to issues in a timely manner, and escalate concerns before they create delays, service failures, safety concerns, or client dissatisfaction. The employer expects professional conduct, respect for confidentiality, punctual attendance, and a willingness to follow internal procedures even during periods of pressure or high workload.

Candidate Profile

The role requires a patient radiographer who can reassure anxious patients and still maintain technical accuracy. Experience with elderly, trauma, and mobility-restricted patients will be helpful.
